THE YOUNG WIZARD AND THE SUGAR PLUM
The puppets have been made, the Mouse King and the Young Wizard are practicing their battle and Rapunzel is locked in her tower waiting to be rescued.
Our biggest production to date – fourteen soldiers, twelve mice, two magicians, a broom that flies, a mountain range that moves, live and recorded music, a cast of 18 and you.

Saturday, December 15 at 3 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
Sunday, December 16 at 3 p.m.
Matinee Admission: $10 adults ($5 children and AotL members).
Evening Admission*: $15 adults ($10 students and AotL members).
*Following the Saturday evening performance will be a conversation with Maria Calegari and Bart Cook, former Principal Dancers of the New York City Ballet, who danced the Sugar Plum Fairy and Drosselmeier, the Magician, in George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker. Bart created this show’s puppets and together they are choreographing the dance sequences.
