PLEASE
TAKE NOTICE
that the Putnam Valley Town Board will be conducting a Public
Hearing on Wednesday, December 10, 2008 immediately following the
6:00 p.m Recreation Vehicle public hearing at the Putnam Valley
Town Hall, in regard to amending Chapter 165 of the Town Code
(Zoning) so as to rezone certain properties currently located in a
Preservation District (PD) to either R-3(Low Density Residence) or
R-1 (Medium-Density Residence).

that the Putnam Valley Town Board will be conducting a Public
Hearing on Wednesday, December 10, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. at the Putnam
Valley Town Hall, in regard to amending Chapter 165 (“Zoning”) of
the Code of the Town of Putnam Valley so as to : (a) add a
definition of “Recreational Vehicle”; and (b) limit the on site use
of such vehicles and their location on lots within the Town.
